FIRST CONTACT
Your journey begins by reaching out to us through our website, Facebook, or via referrals from our realtor partners. This is your first step toward creating your dream home.

COLLECT DATA
We’ll have an in-depth discussion to understand your vision by covering details such as your land, preferred areas, and design aspirations. We’ll also explain our process and provide a rough estimate for your custom build.

CONTRACT & DESIGN
Once the final price and allowances are set, we’ll sign the contract. You’ll meet with our architect and interior designer to finalize the home’s design. A complete design package, including mood boards and finish schedules, will be prepared for you.

PREPARATION
Before construction starts, we’ll handle permits, insurance, and schedule contractors.

FOUNDATION
We break ground! The foundation and plumbing groundwork are laid during this phase.

FRAMING & SYSTEMS
The home’s structure begins to take shape with framing and installation of internal systems like HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.

FINISHES
Interior and exterior finishes, including insulation, drywall, painting, flooring, and cabinetry, are completed.

WALK-THROUGH
We’ll conduct a final walk-through to make sure everything is just as you envisioned and complete any necessary touch-ups.

HANDOVER
It’s time to receive your keys. We’ll hand over the house, along with garage remotes, a welcome gift, and activate your warranty.

WARRANTY & SUPPORT
After you move in, we’ll continue to support you with our warranty system. We’re here to ensure your home is perfect, even after you’ve settled in.
